Amman Queen Alia International Airport issues Master Concessionaire Food & Beverage tender

JORDAN. Airport International Group (AIG) is tendering a Master Concessionaire contract for food & beverage services at Amman Queen Alia International Airport through The Moodie Davitt Report (see the advertisement on our home page).

Submissions are due by 18 October.

The planned tender was first announced at this year’s Airport Food & Beverage (FAB) Conference & Awards in Helsinki by the airport’s Commercial Director Deema Anani (pictured below).

Anani noted at the time that Amman Queen Alia International is emphasising innovation and Sense of Place in the tender. “We have the vision already and want to work with a partner to help us achieve it,” she told delegates.

“We want a master concessionaire because we have tried other models in the past and they have not really worked. We want one partner to create Sense of Place.”
