A CAR SHOW held in Flintshire proved popular once more as it raised over £2,400 for good causes.

Last year, the Deeside Round Table Car and Motor Show saw over 200 vehicles go on display.

This time around, the free event returned to Gladstone Fields in Hawarden on Saturday, May 24, where double that amount of vehicles were showcased.

Guests piled in in great numbers to enjoy the display of vintage and classic cars.

They also enjoyed craft stalls aplenty, as well as a small fair and a bar serving beer, cider and so much more.

In a statement, they said: "Thank you to everyone who joined us at our car show – what an incredible day!
