The 21-year-old, who was driving a BMW SUV in Sydney's west, was stopped by police on Belmore Road in Riverwood at 5.30pm on April 12.

Police said the man returned a positive result in the RBT and, as officers attempted to arrest him, he drove away.
A police officer was hit as the man allegedly fled and a pursuit began.
Police ended the car chase over safety concerns but found, a short time later, that the man had allegedly crashed into a Ford Utility on River Road in Picnic Point.
The Ford driver and passengers, a 39-year-old man, a 32-year-old woman and two children, aged 2 and 11 months, sustained minor injuries in the crash.
The 21-year-old driver was taken to hospital under police guard.
He was charged with assaulting a police officer, driving as an unlicensed person, driving dangerously in a police pursuit and custody of a knife in public among his 11 charges. The man has been refused bail.
