A man was shot in Downtown Pittsburgh on Sunday night.It happened around 11 p.m.Pittsburgh Public Safety said the 19-year-old man was found on the 400 block of Wood Street, right across from the Downtown Public Safety Center, with a gunshot wound to the groin.He was stable while being taken to the hospital and told emergency responders that the shooting happened on Smithfield Street. As of early Monday morning, no arrests have been announced.
