Gail Kim is set to make a special appearance in Philadelphia, joining the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA) for their 2025 Crockett Cup event. Kim excelled in numerous roles during her career with TNA.
Since her return to the company in 2011, her second stint with TNA, she has served as an accomplished in-ring performer, a prominent on-air personality, a producer, and a co-Head of Talent Relations for TNA Wrestling. The company attributed her recent release from TNA in March to restructuring efforts, marking a significant shift in the landscape of professional wrestling.
The NWA officially announced Kim's participation on Friday, revealing that she will be present at the 2300 Arena, the enue hosting this year's Crockett Cup. The fans will get to meet her and take autographs.
As the NWA stated, "Breaking News! Pro Wrestling legend Gail Kim is coming to the Crockett Cup. We're honored to announce that Gail Kim—multi-time champion, trailblazer, and Hall of Fame icon—will be live and in person for an exclusive autograph signing at the 2300 Arena."
Autographed photos of Kim will be available for purchase at a price of $30. It is important to note that a ticket to the NWA Crockett Cup event is required to participate in the autograph session. The opportunity to meet Kim start when the doors to the 2300 Arena open at 5:30 pm EST.

Kim previously played a significant role at NWA Empowerrr in 2021, working the retirement match for Awesome Kong, an iconic rival from her time in TNA.

Mickie James, in explaining her selection of producers, including Kim, stated, "They're the ones sitting at the table with me making these decisions, helping to build the vision for each person. It's a lot of work, especially because it's all these women that haven't necessarily had a spotlight put on them.
And to really showcase who they are, we need to do that and I'm one person. I need the right people in there to guide that vision of what that is. I'm excited," James articulated. "I feel like I couldn't have picked a better team to stand alongside. I think we all want the same thing, especially for women's wrestling and it's exciting. It's exciting and it's a good core group of people who are well-respected in the business."
