Are you having any kind of medical issues right now or? Canadian county is calling for saying that they recently arrested *** resident here. OK, so I'll just explain to you the reason I'm out with you, like I said, we've had *** couple of people call in and say that you've had some driving issues and so um are you waiting for somebody here or is there *** reason why you're sitting in the middle of the roadway? Yes, OK, come here. I'm gonna check your cuffs for you. Can you step back out for me? I'm gonna make sure your cuffs are safe, please. Would you like me to help you? I'm trying not to grab on to you.
